Divine Foot Power Has Three Types
This divine foot power is the supernatural ability that enables free, unobstructed travel to any place one desires.

General doctrinal teachings classify this divine foot power into three distinct types. The first is body-transport divine power. This is the ability to fly through the sky like a bird, traversing the empty expanse. For instance, the great Maudgalyayana was able to fly across an entire four-continent world system in a single day, a classic display of this body-transport divine power.
The second is ideational divine power. This ability is rooted entirely in the mind: even for a location thousands of miles away, focusing one's intent on it allows for rapid travel, arriving at the target destination in an instant.
The third is mind-born divine power. This ability operates purely through mental focus: even for an extremely distant location, as soon as the mind fixates on that place, the body will follow the mind's lead. The body arrives wherever the mind goes, and this is what is known as mind-born divine power.
Beyond flight, the divine foot power also encompasses a wide range of other abilities. Flight itself is driven by the power of the mind: when one's mental force is sufficiently strong, it can lift the physical body and enable flight through the air.
Generally, practitioners seeking to cultivate divine powers must first enter a state of deep meditative concentration. The first step is visualization: they visualize their body lifting off the ground, first an inch, then two inches, three inches, then a meter, two meters, gradually ascending into the empty expanse.
Next, they visualize their body passing straight through solid walls and roofs, ascending into the air, then descending back to the ground. After that, they visualize their mind lifting off the ground, rising one meter, two meters into the empty expanse, then descending again.
In the third step, they visualize their mind lifting their entire body off the ground, rising one meter, two meters, three meters. When they can carry out this visualization smoothly and without obstruction, their mind will be able to mobilize the body at will, and they will gain the ability to fly.
Practitioners can also manifest a host of other transformative abilities. For example, the four great elements—earth, water, fire, and wind—which we ordinarily perceive as solid material substances, in fact have no inherent essence, and are empty by their very nature. A practitioner can freely transform these elements: for example, turning solid earth into water, or water into earth. This is known as the transformation of the four great elements.
They can also transform gold into tiles, and tiles back into gold. Even the objects of the six senses can be freely transformed in accordance with the practitioner's intent. All of these abilities can only be activated when one is in a state of deep meditative concentration, with a soft, pliant body and mind that awakens this divine power.
